Awaited Arrival

Gosh! I just realized that I’ve haven’t blogged for quite a while. Let’s see, how has the holidays have been so far? Great! Enjoying every second of it. Haha!

First Week:
I had Pre-U Seminar. I kinda miss my group members right now. Hee! To those at Group 18, miss you guys. We had so much fun together that I don’t mind going for it another time. Hey! Meet up sometime! Actually, the seminar was quite all right. It’s just that I found the hostel pretty dirty and the food sucks big time. Of course it does not include the stuff that we has during tea reception. Whenever there were guests around, we always have better food. Haha! I remember my group members and I gorging ourselves with food during the reception to make up for the rest of the meals. Well, I think that the dorms in Sydney is so much better compared to this. The beds were a lot nicer too. It’s so clean! Argh! I miss life over there without physical. Miss the ice bucket times too. Haha!

The student councilors and the SLOs have been great too. Actually, as raf has said, we can incorporate lots of stuff that JJ council has into out council. I mean, there’s not much unity and initiative taken by the present councilors. Hopefully, things can take a change after camp. Oh! I feel it’s also time to plan for next year orientation. Since we didn’t have much time the last time round, why not start early this time round. Besides, by starting early, we can also do lots of stuff that we gave a miss the last time round. I think it’s the right time to start on a totally new mass dance!

Second Week:
Gosh! I was so sick after Pre-U Seminar. High fever for a couple of days that I even had to go and take a blood test to see if I’ve got dengue. Thanks goodness I didn’t. but the thing is, I took such a long time to recover. Practically the whole week lying in bed, hoping that I’ll be as good as new. But unfortunately no.

Darn! The holidays are coming to an end and I haven’t even touched my books yet. I think I’m gonna be so dead for the up coming summer tests. Still have training to worry with. I’ve lost my form by skipping a couple of sessions last term and the worst thing is physical has dropped. It’s a vast difference compared to the time when I got back from Sydney. Hopefully I can get back with my own effort. I was just wondering the other day what it would be if I had gone full time over there instead of coming back to do 2 years of college.
